I met Julie and her sweet husband back in April right before he deployed. Soon after she invited a friend and I to go hike a bit in DuPont and of course we were down! I mentioned to her I needed a sitter to watch Jack while I edit and she said she was down. She needs photos.. I needed a sitter. I think Jack likes her ok and she needed a bit of practice before she has her own so boom. It works. PS: She’s having a baby.. Anyone want to be my sitter. ;)
Her only requirement for maternity photos was that there be a lighthouse in the background. So, I found a great spot (or so I thought) for her photos. After a lot of driving and online searching we ended up back here for photos.. just as the sun was setting. So we got what we could and I decided to reshoot the next week.
The next week she met me in DuPont and we did some more. :)
Every night she plays her phone recording of Cody reading The Pokey Little puppy.
Then.. we came back to the studio to experiment a bit. Most experiments failed but I fell in love with this one.
