Hailey’s mama contacted me a while ago about her birth coming up. Her husband was going to miss it because he was deployed overseas. I would hate for my husband to miss the birth of our child so of course I wanted to be there to capture those little moments he was going to miss out on.
Christina called me and of course my phone was on silent because I went to sleep later than planned and forgot about it. She text me and then called again. Finally Jack woke me up and I instantly got ready and headed to the hospital. (after I had a sitter of course.)After I got to the hospital things went very quickly which is always nice to see. No one likes a long labor, they just want to hold their precious baby.
A few hours I went back to the hospital for when her son JJ got to meet his sister. He was way more excited about his apples and power rangers though. ;)
