Lauren contacted me a REALLY long time ago about this first initial photo session. They had just moved from Hawaii and couldn’t imagine her maternity photos anywhere but on the beach. She just wasn’t too fond of the Washington beaches so we made the trip down to Cannon Beach in Oregon. Let me tell you, there is something awesome about the beaches up here in the Pacific Northwest. I love the rocks and the sand.. the cold water.. well I don’t LOVE the cold water but its not awful. This summer was an unusually rain free summer in Washington and we really lucked out with this photo session because it was GORGEOUS out.then we had a little wardrobe change and the sun got all gorgeous on us.a lot of people were commenting on how “people free” it was when we were there. That’s not the case AT ALL. There were a TON of photographers specifically out there for sunset. Lauren was so brave!
Oh Ive got a cute little family to show you. This is their first time having photos done in forever and a day. So I was so excited to be able to do these photos for them. They’re also having a baby! Holly is due in October and she is thrilled. Ethan the big brother on the other hand.. is not. I think once she’s here he’ll fall in love though.
I cant wait to meet your little one!
Christina contacted me a little while ago about some photos of her adorable baby belly and son. Her husband is deployed and will most likely miss their daughter’s birth. Luckily enough, Ill be there so he can still “be there.” We met up at one of my favorite spots to shoot because it ALWAYS looks different every time I’m there. Plus its so hot, the water is nice.
They’re having a little girl. Her name is Macy. How cute of a name is that? I love it. Erin and Rick are pretty excited for Miss Macy to make her grand entrance. Erin was 35 weeks pregnant when I met up with them a few weeks ago. Macy will be here before we know it!Isn’t she lovely? Well, tell her how beautiful she is. If they get 15 comments on this blog they will receive a free 11×14 print from me!
Natalie and James are seriously two of the nicest people on the planet. Thats right! T H E E N T I R E P L A N E T. I wanted to gift her something for her new and upcoming baby girl but missed her shower date and I think photos documenting something important are just as important as a Halo Swaddler. So I chose photos and since I was in North Carolina towards the end of her pregnancy it worked out didnt it. All of these are at their lovely home. Dont you wish you could just have photo shoots in your backyard? I do, I miss that about NC. They are having a little girl and Natalie was quite tiny for 32 (if i remember right) weeks. I think is was adorable even with a tiny belly. Im also jealous.
