They’re having a little girl. Her name is Macy. How cute of a name is that? I love it. Erin and Rick are pretty excited for Miss Macy to make her grand entrance. Erin was 35 weeks pregnant when I met up with them a few weeks ago. Macy will be here before we know it!Isn’t she lovely? Well, tell her how beautiful she is. Natalie and James are seriously two of the nicest people on the planet. Thats right! T H E E N T I R E P L A N E T. I wanted to gift her something for her new and upcoming baby girl but missed her shower date and I think photos documenting something important are just as important as a Halo Swaddler. So I chose photos and since I was in North Carolina towards the end of her pregnancy it worked out didnt it. All of these are at their lovely home. Dont you wish you could just have photo shoots in your backyard? I do, I miss that about NC. They are having a little girl and Natalie was quite tiny for 32 (if i remember right) weeks. I think is was adorable even with a tiny belly. Im also jealous.

Oooo I love the way he’s looking at her!Oh yes. She IS beautiful!I cant wait to see some photos of your little one! I bet she’ll be gorgeous just like you two inside AND out.

So glad I am doing this 365 project. Its enabled me to do a lot more themed shots than I normally would. :) Valentines Day was pretty fun for me.and I ended the holiday with a maternity session.

Do you think these two look familiar? They were my first wedding here in Washington back in November and I met up with them recently for some belly bump, maternity photos. It was scheduled to rain A L L weekend and it poured Saturday. Sunday was perfect though. It was a tiny bit cold but it wasnt too bad. We met up at Point Defiance Park in Tacoma or more specifically Owens Beach. I love all the driftwood. Its so Pacific Northwest. Funny, throughout the whole session Hannah kept saying “thats so Pacific Northwest!” It made me laugh thats all.

On that photo up above with Hannahs hand and her baby belly. She said, “oh even the tree has stretchmarks!” Well, those stretch marks wont go away where as “they say” the stretch marks on your belly and other spots will. Well, Im still waiting.

They wrote baby Isaac a letter.

Total favsies down there. Oh yeah.I cant wait to meet your little guy. He sure is going to be tall.

I went to highschool with Crystal and she is one of my best friends, best friends. She and Harlan also happened to be one of my first weddings back in 2009. They are expecting a little bundle of baby boy in October. I know one thing for sure- that baby will be very well loved. We were lucky we got to have the session at all because of the weather. It rained on our first session time but we were able to stop back in Orlando on our way back home from Key West. We met early in the morning at the UFC Arboretum. It was where they went on their first date to a bonsai making class. (What an interesting class that must have been!) The arboretum is quite special to the two of them so why not have the session there. :) It was a hot muggy and buggy morning. Im S T I L L applying anti itch cream to my arms and legs! I hope you two didnt get bit as much as I did! Anyway, youre not here to read my words youre here to see some photos.These two are so in love with eachother its crazy!

You two are lovely. I cant wait to see your new little one!

Erin and Brandon are so sweet and I couldnt be happier for them having a baby. I met up with them a few weeks ago and Erin was 36 weeks. She’s now more pregnant than I was when I had little Jack. They got pregnant only two weeks after I shot their wedding in October! So if you follow the blog a lot you might recognize them. Little Sophia is expected to make her entrance into the world at the beginning of August. Though they think it would be funny if she actually went into labor tomorrow exactly 9 months since they were wed. We met up at The Leaning Tree for their session. Their wedding reception was held there but we did all of the formals at the ceremony site so I thought it may be nice to do some photos there. It was a beautiful but hot day. Erin was a trooper in the heat.. well actually we were all troopers even Jack tagged along on this one ;)Yay you two! I cant wait to hear the news of Sophia’s birth!

Wait.. I know what youre thinking. “Isnt Neil your husbands name?” And of course.. it is. And to be honest, I did even shoot these photos. Ok.. well I did a few that I wasnt in but one of my talented friends Leslie Faircloth did shoot them for me.. on my camera. So, instead of no one ever getting to see them but us I figured Id post a little bloggy blogg to share the love. This is actually her grannies land and she and her family were nice enough to let me have a few sessions out there last summer. I instantly fell in love with this tree and thought it would be nice for when I got pregnant to get some shots out there too. So… Leslie to the rescue. She was nice enough to meet us for these shots and it was a lot of fun. I really enjoy being in front of the camera as well as behind it. Neil on the other hand.. not so much but he IS such a good sport about it.See.. isnt this tree the bomb.com?I was 34 weeks pregnant. Who knew we would have baby Jack two weeks later!?One thing Neil and I do well is jumping. Another is asianposes.

Last week I got an email from Amanda. She was in town for a few days and decided she wanted maternity photos. I was thrilled. I had been wanting to go out and have a session with someone for a while. She was also game for whatever. We decided to do it on a day that is was supposed to snow. I think everyone BUT the Triangle got a few inches of snow. Which is sad because I was really looking forward to a snowy session! The weather sure was cold out. She was a trooper for a Florida girl :)

She has ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS eyes!

She was a bit nervous and sad about not having her husband there for the photos. He is deployed with my husband and will be back soon. I’m hoping he gets to make it home before their baby boy is born. I sure am excited to meet that little bundle of cute.
